Upstock is a wholesale ordering app that helps cafes, restaurants, and bars place orders with their suppliers without the back-and-forth of phone calls, texts, and emails. I joined as a designer to work on brand, product, and the marketing site.
Hospitality is fast and messy. Orders get missed, suppliers get the wrong quantities, and at the end of the week no one knows what was actually delivered. Upstock turns that chaos into a single, organised flow that both venues and suppliers can trust.
I designed the supplier directory so venues can discover new suppliers in their area, browse them by industry, and start ordering in a few taps — no onboarding calls, no setup forms.
On the venue side, the design focused on speed. Most ordering happens in tight windows between service, so every screen was built to get an order out the door with as few taps as possible.
Beyond the app, I worked on the marketing site, App Store assets, and integrations with the accounting tools that small businesses already live in — making Upstock feel like a natural extension of how venues already work.
